Arden Drag Brunch
What an absolute blast! On a cold, wet, windy day in the height of summer, Arden Restaurant in Nelson played host to an extraordinary brunch. The amazing Beth, Maria Richmann and Foxy Clepotra shook their funky stuff and more, to the delight of those lucky enough to have tickets.
Lisa, Logan, and the team at Arden put on a fabulous brunch. The themed menu included Beth’s big hot dog and Maria’s passionfruit ceviche, washed down with cocktails Pornstart Martini and Flirtini on the Rocks. A lunchtime sitting and then an evening sitting had everybody rocking and rolling. There may have been the odd guy sitting very uncomfortably, but we won’t mention names, and maybe the odd lady or two wondering where Beth got that amazing eyeliner from.
The wet weather certainly didn't dampen the enthusiasm of those in attendance. Unfortunately, the weather meant lots of umbrellas which was hard to avoid getting in the image.
If these lovely ladies are coming to a town near you soon, grab yourself some tickets and get ready to party.
